        A travel issue forced us to have to cancel our reservation. We were unable to reach anyone by phone. Our cancellation was due to our issue plus the lack of responsiveness by the hotel. I disputed the charge but the Georgetown staunchly held to their cancellation policy timeline, all without ever answering my numerous phone calls. If customer service is important to you, this place is a bad choice.

        Clean and well maintained, but the windows have next to no sound insulation so you may as well be sleeping on the street. Extremely loud.

      Hello Kelly,Thank you for the feedback. Our hotel is a historic building, which maintains it's original structure. There aren't soundproofing. We apologize for that.
