Everything was excellent! I received top tier service from Kadir Mohammad that made check in a breeze and didn’t hesitate to assist me with a few extra amenities. There was also an overnight gentlemen from Gambia that I enjoyed great conversation with after purchasing some sodas late at night. Room was amazing with gorgeous views, high quality all the way around. I’ll definitely be back, it was the perfect ending after a night of drinking in the city.

Stayed here for a work conference - we had heard rumors of the hotel being haunted but forgot about it entirely until a few strange (but cool!) events. I kept noticing a specific drawer would open every time I left the room. I would close it, forget about it, and come back to find it open again. I tried keeping an eye on it a few times while watching tv but it would never open while I was present in the room. A drawer opening on its own is easily explained (sloped floors or whatever) so it wasn’t top of mind until I was at a gathering with coworkers and one of them was telling the group about a drawer that keeps opening when she leaves the room. The other strange thing that kept happening was with the room next to mine - a separate coworker was telling us that each time she comes back to her room the manual latch is locked from the inside. She explained that she at first assumed it was something faulty with the latch itself, but she would intentionally leave it unlatched when she was in her room and it never occurred while she was in there. I was kind of skeptical, until one time we were walking back to our rooms and when we went to say goodnight she attempted to open her door and sure enough the latch was manually locked again. Could be old furniture/door hardware, but I like to think we all got to encounter a special part of the hotel’s character and history 👻🙂

This is the standard for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is pricey but for the area expected. The staff are professionals. I had a few issues due to my conference registration and the hotel helped me resolve them quickly. The rooms are clean and roomy. I was excited that they actually cleaned the room daily. Due to covid&staffing a number of hotels no longer provide the daily cleaning service. This hotel is massive at times there were several conferences going on at once.. During the peak times I still didnt have any problem getting around in addition the stsff was always in an area to assist. I will definitely stay again.
