I've been going to Boost since late January and I have been enjoying it so far! Their Pilates methods are traditional Pilates and it is definitely not easy! I really enjoy going to their classes. Nathan, Kristen, Bella, Leanne, Amelia, and Kelsey are all great instructors. I have been to both LoHi and RiNo studios and so far, I really like the LoHi studio because the studio has more mirrors and has a bigger space.

Boost is such a beautiful studio! All the trainers really make you feel welcome from the beginning and they are very encouraging in and out of classes. The classes are challenging in the best of ways and it's definitely not an intimidating environment for first timers. Highly recommend :)

Boost is hands down the best Pilates studio! They are super welcoming, offer tons of modifications for beginners and motivate you throughout! Times flies and I get the BEST workout. Its a faster paced class that targets muscles I didnt even know I had. Try Boost once, it will easily become your new obsession.

I am so happy to see a second Boost Pilates open up here in Denver! I love the first studio in RiNo, and now one in LoHi will be amazing. Doubles my opportunities to jump into a class. Boost is seriously my favorite Pilates studio to take class at. Their studios are clean, machines are brand new, instructors are knowledgeable and helpful, music is upbeat, and lastly the workout is killer. I cant recommend Boost enough.
