Best pilates studio in Denver, hands down. Shari is extremely gifted and is able to spot imbalances in the body within seconds of working with her students. Her knowledge of the body is invaluable. This extends to every teacher at PPW - they are amazing at what they do, and the studio itself is a dream. I have tried countless pilates studios in Denver. None of them lived up to the ones I loved in Boston.... until now. Don't hesitate to book a class here.

Posture Power Wellness is simply wonderful!! All of the instructors take time assist and adjust students individually even in group classes, which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend as a top Denver Pilates studio!

I signed up for an Aerial Restorative/Nidra class, and lets just say it was not the most relaxing experience. Firstly, it started 30 minutes late. There was nowhere comfortable to wait, except for a small bench in the same room that a pilates class was being taught. The pilates instructor was very short and rude with me, not giving helpful information and making me feel like I was interrupting when I asked about the timing of the yoga class. When the class finally started, it was so incredibly hard to relax because the walls are paper-thin between the aerial room and the pilates room. All I could hear and focus on was the pilates instructors voice and distant sounds of bass from their electronic music playing in the other room. In a way, I was glad the class was so late because when the pilates class finally ended, I could actually relax. The nidra class was fine and the instructor was nice, but it was an incredibly poor decision for someone to schedule these two classes at the same time and it completely ruined my experience. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not be returning.

What a treat! So much knowledge and awesome micro adjustments that opened up a whole new world for me and my hip flexors! Wish I lived here to go more often! Also the space is DREAMY!!
