I must say I was happy to receive the care and service from Ultimate Serenity. I was hesitant to work on my core, but somehow wished to try seeking some Pilate help. It is more than 15 months that I attend Ultimate Serenity for Pilates classes. I was advised to take to these classes after my surgery. I was scared, but now I am glad that I did not neglect. Today, I can feel my hip is strong. Even now, I do not miss out the classes of weekly attendance. Nothing is impossible, there will be commitments, but attending the classes of Pilates is meaningful. I do not miss it as they also mix the movements and stretches.
