Club Pilates

This studio has great teachers but their front desk staff and management of accounts is disappointing. My grandfather was dying in Florida and I had to leave to assist my family. I spoke to the front desk associate and asked to freeze my membership for 3 months. This was a month ago in January. My grandfather passed away February 10th and the studio just charged me $299 for my dues today February 21st. They refuse to refund me and Analynn sent me a very sarcastic email saying she sent me emails etc. When someone is dying and you call to freeze something that is understood. I was so busy with dealing with my grandfathers death I wasnt checking non-priority emails. I hope this studio can learn to have compassion for their members and not be so greedy! Dont go here and find a local studio with compassion and kindness.

Loved it! The studio is very organized, clean and easy to use and access. I went for an introductory class today and my instructor was awesome! I am now a huge fan of Pilates!

Started with the intro class and then was able to sign up for the classes I purchased once I was signed up with login access(right away.) I have been about 40 times so far and am using the unlimited membership. Its a bit pricey vs CrossFit type models but going all the time has been great. Instructors are helpful, pay attention to individual needs and its always easy to park. I am enjoying it so far and am making the most of my membership.

I am new to Pilates and wanted to try it. The Free class is 30 minutes, instructor very nice. The pricing structure concerned me so I decided to try a few classes to see if I loved it. I have the schedule ---- A 4:00 Level 1 Flow.class. I tried calling all day--No answer to make sure I could drop in..Its on the schedule so I left my house early and drove over...No one ever showed up...Im so glad I didnt sign up for the unlimited $229/month classes. Not a good start..
