Center Strength Studios South Broadway

Love this studio! I practice yoga and pilates, teachers are great. Classes are small which is awesome in comparison to other studios in the neighborhood that have completely packed classes. I totally recommend getting the 30 day pass or the monthly movement membership.

Extremely Rude and obnoxious. I decided to check out the group of shops in this area and a lady from this store comes out and very rudely and obnoxiously asked us to leave or she will tow our car. As we explained to her we will move it, she still began to yell and get angry. The lady that yelled obviously has no people skills!!! Even if she was just having a bad day, it unfortunately effects the business she represents. My wife who does yoga will probably let her yoga friends know about the experience.

Highly recommend for yoga and pilates. The instructors' knowledge and help with alignment is one of the many reasons I come to this studio. I've been practicing yoga for over 5 years and after working with the instructors here, realized I wasn't doing all the poses correctly. Happy to now get the maximum benefits from the practice. I also appreciate how friendly the people are (instructors and classmates alike), the small class sizes, and the beautiful studio space.

Beautiful studio with friendly and attentive instructors! Variety of class offerings including yoga, barre and Pilates. Gorgeous retail with brands such as Alo, Beyond, Bloom jewelry, and yogi toes.

This is the prettiest and most "zen" studio I have been to. I now only do pilates at Center Strength Broadway (and sometimes the South Gaylord studio). The instructors are so good and the equipment so modern and clean, that when I am there I wonder why I do not go every day! I really should. Try it - it is like spa and workout in one because it is so beautiful and relaxing, yet I am stronger today than ever because of the instruction.
