    Super nice and welcoming. Love all the encouragement from staff and community. Always leave feeling amped, stronger and ready to take on the world. Great low impact, huge results, fun and back friendly workout. Glad I tried this to help me rebuild strength after my car accident and months of immobility. Instructors rock! Highly recommend!

    I have been a member of the Bar Method for a little over two months now and I LOVE it! I am someone who hates going to the gym so the structured barre classes are perfect for me. All staff members are super friendly and welcoming; they know everyone by their name! This is the first time in years where I have felt motivated to workout and make this type of exercise a regular part of week.

    I am sending a thank you to all my instructors at The Bar Method of Cherry Creek that helped me increase my bone density at an age when it is difficult to do. Three years ago I had a routine bone density test and was alarmed by the results. While I knew I had lost strength in my arms over the years I wasn’t expecting a diagnosis of osteoporosis. In addition the scan showed some deterioration of my lower spine. I walk 4 miles every day and take supplemental calcium but it clearly wasn’t enough. My physician wanted me to go on medication to prevent further bone loss but I wanted to try an exercise program first. I have never liked going to the gym and lifting weights so I searched for something else that would build strength and found The Bar Method of Cherry Creek. And I became a test subject of one. I did not increase my daily calcium or change my diet and I continued my daily walks. The only change I made was to commit to taking a class four to five days a week. My teachers fine tuned my form and made sure I kept my joints safe. And the supportive community made it easy to keep going. Three years later I no longer have osteoporosis. I have increased bone density in my arms and hips and my spine is stable. And as an added bonus I have better posture and balance. I encourage anyone of any age who wants to improve their overall strength and fitness to give The Bar Method of Cherry Creek a try.
