I injured my lower back several months ago and have been in pretty constant pain since. I was looking for ways to heal and strengthen my core so to get rid of the constant pain and avoid future injury. I worked with Dr. Andrew and he asked questions to understand what caused the injury and the pain I have been feeling. After getting an understanding of my situation, he was able to recommend several different exercises to both relieve the pain and strengthen the area. I was super impressed by how quickly he was able to provide exercises targeted to my injury and give me the steps to start feeling better.

Im writing this review about 6 months after my final appt with Dr. Edward, and Im happy to say that I continue to be pain free & thriving! Last year I was suffering from sharp, shooting nerve pain in my wrists due to repetitive movements (playing violin & working at a computer). I booked 10 sessions with Dr. Edward, and the relief was instant. He was very thorough and explained everything during the process; you are not just a number or a faceless patient here. Any exercises that Dr. Edward gave me were quick and easy to incorporate into my busy lifestyle, so I was realistically able to maintain progress week-to-week. In addition, booking/rescheduling appointments was always smooth and the front desk staff is fantastic. If you are in pain and having any hesitation about seeing a PT, this is your sign to do it!!!
