        Katherine has been an integral part of my postpartum recovery journey. From the start, she listened patiently to my medical history and made me feel less alone (being just 3 months out from an unplanned c-section). She was able to connect the dots and explain the genesis of my low back pain; much of which started long before pregnancy. She understands the mental and emotional side that comes with physical recovery, and I felt supported in more ways than one. Before I saw Katherine, I was certain I would be living with low back pain the rest of my life. I feel so much more confident that this will not be the case and look forward to ongoing progress!
