Jonathan (Jay) is the best - I was referred to him by my dentist for bruxism. Jay educated me on many things, including: proper sitting posture, relaxing my jaw, ideal sleeping position, and increasing my awareness of grinding. His physical therapy has vastly improved my jaw clenching habits and as a bonus, also reduced my daily headaches! I would highly recommend Jay to anyone experiencing either of those issues!

I was referred to Hans PT by my dentist. I had been suffering with Intermittent nerve tooth pain In my upper teeth for over a year and a half. Each time the pain became debilitating Id go to my dentist, only to find there was nothing wrong with my teeth. After doing this, several times, my dentist referred me to Hans PT. When I met with Jay we discussed the possibilities of the pain coming from Trigger Points. Jay then did dry needling in the related trigger points. The pain didnt magically go away the first day, but by the second day, it was almost gone. And by the third day the pain was gone. It was awesome! The Trigger Points Can come back, but through the dry needling therapy the pain can be quickly remedied. I am so grateful to have been able to find a solution to my teeth pain. Thank you Jay!

I brought my teenage daughter in to see Jay after she had months of pain, jaw tightness and TMJ issues resulting from her wisdom tooth removal. Jay was able to help her significantly in one visit. It is obvious he has the upmost knowledge of the musculature of the head, neck and jaw. I wish I had found him sooner.

Jay has quite literally given me my life back. After nearly ten years of suffering migraines, jaw, and neck pain I am finally getting some real relief. I have seen three different prominent TMJ dentists around the country with various splint therapies, two other physical therapists, several neurologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and nothing worked. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars trying to fix my pain. Jay has so many different techniques and helpful suggestions. I always leave appointments feeling significantly better. His treatment is incredibly effective and not a huge money or time commitment. His goal is to get you back to doing the things you love as quickly as possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We are so lucky to have him in the Denver area. Before beginning treatment with Hans Physical Therapy I was experiencing unrelenting migraines while caring for a newborn baby. After some weeks of seeing Jay and following the program, I am seeing great improvement. Im able to be the mother and person that I want to be.
