I was having some pain in my hamstring (a nagging running issue) and went to see Jamie at the Balance Studio. First off, her studio is impeccably clean which makes me feel comfortable during these Covid times, and she was incredible at explaining what she recommended, why she thought it would work, and I learned a ton about my body before we even began the acupuncture. It was my first time and I was surprised at how I hardly felt the needles at all. I highly recommend her to anyone who's looking for a true professional in acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

I've been going to Jamie for acupuncture for a couple of months for some issues I have been having. She has done a wonderful job helping me to feel better! She is very knowledgeable and kind and I highly recommend her!

She has an uncanny way of individualizing you and focusing her treatment that has been immeasurably helpful to me.

Jamie is amazing! She is thorough, insightful, compassionate and more importantly effective. I had been flat on my back in extreme pain for 8 days and she had me up and walking, almost pain free in 24 hours. I would highly recommend Jamie.
