I had I think her name was Blair. She gave me a thorough low down of the place and equipment. The class was hard but doable for my hungover ass on vaca. No inversions (mostly in traditional pilates classes) and she was super cool. There was only 3 people in our class because it was a snow storm, and I liked the attention. Highly recommend this studio for a killer workout, my ass was about to fall off

The instructor was very welcoming for my first class. The workout was great - a very deep burn!

Pretty new to Pilates, have tried a few studios both here and in Texas, this is by far the best! Fun, upbeat, and A CHALLENGE! Burns so good. Took class with Joy today, 10/10 - she was amazing!

I signed up for a class via class pass. On classpass, and in the email I was sent prior to the class, the directions said wear socks (no specifications on what type) and arrive early. I got there early but the doors were locked so I had to wait outside (happened to be very cold that morning) and the instructor told me that my socks were not adequate and that I had to purchase special socks for $6. They charged me $17. They have no phone number listed so I don't know how to contact them. The class itself was a typical reformer class. If you're a beginner you might have trouble keeping up as it was very fast paced. Edit: I was able to email the studio and they confirmed that I must have heard wrong and that the cost to buy a pair of socks is $17. The cost to cancel the class was also $17 and the cost to cancel via class pass is $20, so really no good options.

I came in on Tuesday for the 6 class with Alex . It was my first time ever taking a Pilates class . When I walked in Alex greeted me and was so sweet and warm . I let her know I was excited but very nervous. I had recently had 5 knee surgeries and was tiring to find a new way to workout that was low impact on my knee . I did watch the video about how the machines works before I got to the class . However, Alex made sure throughout the class to make sure I was on the right path. I love working out and have not been able to find a good workout / studio where I felt like even with my knee i was to get an amazing workout . Thank you so much Alex for your patience with me . I will be back and I will sign up! I hope you read this and know how much your kindness and patience really made my entire week. I cant wait to take your class again!
