        The best pilates and Gyrotonic studio ever! Beautifully equipped and Sarah’s instruction is exceptional. Personal service and expertise is incomparable. After learning how to use equipment at Club Pilates, I came to Sarah’s school and actually realized I had only ever been getting a fraction of what was possible. Wow, does my body feel great and prices so reasonable I feel like I struck gold. Thanks Sarah, your work exemplifies what Joe Pilates meant! I love your work and studio. Thank you for the quality and the care so rarely found.
