AT&T Store

I went in today to get my phone upgraded. Jeremiah helped me, and he was so beyond kind & amazing. For starters, it was only him & one other employee working on a very busy Sunday. I watched Jeremiah remain kind & patient with every single person he helped. He went above and beyond to make things work out for me today, and put in so much extra effort that I cant imagine I would have gotten from anyone else. Huge thank you, Jeremiah. You are awesome & I am so thankful for your help today!!!

Went into the store just to fix a payment on my bill and ended up leaving with not only a cheaper bill, but also a free apple watch and a free 5GB of data sim-card to put into my iPad! Jeremiah helped me and he was phenomenal! There were only 2 associates working that day and Jeremiah was able to multitask helping me while also helping another customer at the same time. He was so patient, kind and helped me and my husband get all of the perks from our plan that we didn't even know were available to us! Highly recommend utilizing this AT&T store for all of your cellphone needs.

Jeremiah helped me get my new iPhone after my last one died on me. He was great and super helpful in going over my options and getting everything set up. Getting a new phone is always a pain but this is the best experience Ive had so far.

My sister Esme worked here for a few months and a new manager named Lucia yelled at her in the back. Lucia insisted she add a couple different services without the consent of the client. It is not okay to be adding anything without the consent of anybody. Lucias concern is with making numbers and meeting quotas even if it costs placing services on peoples account with out their knowledge! Please beware of this store in particular in cherry creek and double check your account. I will personally consult with attorneys on this matter.

I had an unexpected dead iPhone debacle last weekend and Jeremiah was a DREAM! He was so patient, kind, and determined in helping me get my phone back up and running. I was there for a solid few hours and never felt like he was irritated, and he kept such a positive demeanor throughout. He is such an asset to your store!
