Teen busted the heck out their phone so we went in to get an upgrade because I am a pushover of a mom. Juan was lighthouse in the storm of raising teens. His calm voice and helpful demeanor was just what I needed as I forked over loads of cash. Personally AT&T offers better deals to make the ridiculousness of cell phone bill somewhat more palatable and Juan is definitely who I will visit for all other teenage cellphone related woes. I love the team at this store. They have always gone above and beyond to help us. They don't lie to us about anything they are always upfront about everything. I'm proud to say this is my favorite store and favorite team. Highly recommend

I bought a brand new phone in this store and these jerks cancelled my insurance on the phone, a few months go by and i accidentally broke the phone, only to discover my insurance on said phone was some how cancelled, the staff was extremely unhelpfil and basically told me to pound sand, i will never trust att and certainly i will never walk in this store again, they lied to me and deceived me and were rude and unhelpful. Who buys a brand new phone and cancels the insurance on it, i didn't!!! I went to Best buy and was helped and walked out with a better plan, better insurance, and a better deal on my replacement phone.

Great customer service. Juan was the man! He helped me get away from the horrible Verizon customer service. Got me all set up and out the door like he had done it many times. Very professional and helpful in every way. Hope the owner gives him a raise and praise!
