I rented a 3/4 ton pickup from Enterprise Rent a Truck in Thornton at the 104th and Zuni location on 4/2/24. Mary Kate Kreisler was great to work with, was friendly and professional. She deserves a raise. It's unusual to find excellent customer service today, and she is an asset to your company. The truck was great too and worked as expected.

I rented my car from one of the neighborhood offices in Thornton, CO. The rep was efficient, friendly, and thorough. I had the car for almost 3 weeks the return set for the other Thornton location on a Sunday. That rep was also an asset to your company being of fine, congenial demeanor. Overall, a VERY positive rental experience.

I bought a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander from them but traded in my GMC to them and they did a switch when we went back the next day because the banks were closed and the one we actually test drove was fully loaded all wheel drive and the one we have is not!! It's not fully loaded like I told the guy i wanted!!! I don't know if I should go back there or not!!!
