Lex gave confusing and contrary rental requirements. Contacted customer service via phone twice and they confirmed my request was not only possible but was a point of customer service to do so. I asked lex to call and she said she would call but still not perform said customer service request. Ive have a business and personal account for a decade and even rented last week and gotta say, Ill never be back due to Lexs absolute disregard for customer service. Poor quality rentals were something I could look beyond until today. Added picture of a usual rental; dented, electronics dont work and brakes need to be replaced.

Lex was very friendly and welcoming and showed multiple options as per my requirements. I got the car that was really in good condition and didnt see any issue. I drove that car for couple of weeks. Picking up and dropping it back was very quick and smooth. I strongly recommend this to others as well

Great customer service, I will use Enterprise car rental again.
