        Made a reservation to get a car after mine broke down, but on arrival they told me they couldnt help me since my id was out of state and left me stranded. Website site does not match what they offer.

        Budget always has the cheapest prices, and that's the only reason I will continue to use them. But be VERY meticulously when looking over the car, checking back in. I've been given cars with illegal tread depth, and been charged gas upon return with a FULL tank. Definitely some sketchy stuff happening at this location. And the main customer service line offers very little assistance.
