They give you a car you hate with out of state plates and then not only make you pay extra for it but take it out of your account without warning on any given day never the same day, just acting entitled to your bank account. Also the $50 hold I never got that money back. Try a different location, its not company-wide thank god.
SO THEY ACTUALLY STOLE ANOTHER $40 HALF A YEAR LATER! NEVER USE THESE THIEVES AND GRIFTERS!

Horrible customer service!! We drove over an hour to come pickup a rental as this is the closest enterprise to where we live. I read all the rules prior to coming down. It clearly states in attached picture that to use a debit card my address must be within 50 miles of the branch OR renters drivers license is from the same state that the rental branch is located (which mine is). They refused to rent us the car even with showing the email that stated this. The blonde guy working the desk says no our branch only does it for the 50 miles and that message is from corporate so nothing they can do about it. I told him I just drove an hour based off of what enterprise stated and he asked his manager who also would not oblige. I told him the manager should reach out to corporate then to make sure they are sending out correct information and he told me that was above their pay grade. Clearly did not care. My husband tried to use his credit card at this point and they said they would have to redo the reservation and we cant use our points. The manager Josh Fossum then just came out with no assistance to us or further explanation and stood there. They went on to try to tell me that another location was closer than them even though we explained it takes us 20 minutes longer to get there. The staff was rude and uninformed. I rent from enterprise all the time in different locations all over the country and never had a bad experience like this. I can rent a car with no problems anywhere else but not where I live. I typically wont even write a review but this was ridiculous and a huge waste of my time due to an error from enterprise. Whether it is corporate or the local office that sent the incorrect information, it is terrible that the customer has to be inconvenienced for the error. Do yourself a favor and deal with a competent team at another branch.

I have nothing but praise for the Enterprise staff who handled my rental of a replacement vehicle while my car was being repaired after an accident. In such stressful circumstances I really appreciated the support I had from the office. From Jeremy who picked me up at Calibre Collision to Brendan Schuldner and the staff who worked with me to select the vehicle, everyone displayed impeccable professionalism. I have rented from Enterprise for years and this particular rental went perfectly.

One of the better experiences Ive had for a rental. I travel frequently for work too. Employees are friendly and the process was smooth.

Always a great experience when renting from these guys! They actually answer the phone when you call and give you real updates on car availability and how busy they are. I always try to rent from here when I can!
