Budget Truck Rental

If I could rate them lower I would!!! Absolutely unacceptable customer service! I reserved my truck and trailer 2 months in advance of my move. Not once did they bother to notify me that the trailer I needed was not available at the time I needed it. I happened to notice it was not on my reminder email (but it was listed on the original email) THE DAY BEFORE IM MOVING AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT I WOULDNT RECEIVE IT!! Then only to have them tell me they cant do anything (or rather they wont) and that the only person whos capable of helping me MIGHT be in the office tomorrow... THE DAY IM MOVING!! Not only did they do absolutely NOTHING to even try and help fix the problem that THEY CREATED but the supervisor refused to speak with me about it until I refused to get off of their line without speaking to her. She literally told the poor customer service girl she flat out didnt want to deal with me!!! They said that to me!! Then all the supervisor did was repeat the phrase Im sorry maam over and over. I will never use or recommend Budget truck rentals to anyone!!! Pay a little extra and use Uhaul! Its seriously so much better and they have MUCH BETTER customer service! As a matter of fact they cut me a deal after hearing about hat these people put me through!

They rented out the truck I reserved when I didn't show up at the exact time of the reservation. The employee then offered to rent me a truck "with no breaks." Getting in touch with Budget's customer service team was a nightmare. I was charged $75 for a service I never received. Pay the extra money to rent with another company like Uhaul. It's worth it.
