Most of the equipment I tried to use was out of order.

This gym is fantastic. All the equipment you need, fantastic staff, and fantastic regulars. It's a hard place to beat.
**Update**
I left and went to Vasa for a year because it was closer to work. They were so busy at all hours that I eventually switched back. I came in this morning and it's still fantastic. It has everything you need AND you can actually use the equipment and shower without waiting in line.
I need to get in and get out before work. If you workout in the morning, this is the best place to go. I can't speak for other times of the day.

The staff is (or soon to be was) usually friendly and lively. The equipment can sometimes be out of service, but is adequate for a gym this size. There's a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room (all rare for most gym chains, like PF for example). A basketball court and a group fitness room (for classes, dance, etc.), free weights, cardio, etc.
Sadly, they closed their Briargate (Chapel Hills) location and now, seems they are closing this location now too! With no real apparent reason, other than maybe to offload some costs. I know the building is older and has issues, as the only remaining piece of the former Mall Of The Bluffs, repair might be the only factor. But, this location far surpasses the other location in memberships and size.
In a city of a million or so people, we're expected to drive all the way down to the only remaining 24HF location, in the undesirable Southgate area. We need another location in the Springs to replace this one.

Lots of equipment, pool, yoga room, basketball court, aerobics machines of all sorts, sauna, steam room and hot tub. Friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained.

I got a membership here because I was training for a triathlon and wanted weights, a pool, treadmills, and stationary bikes to train on. I was pleased with the weights and treadmills (the pool was dark and too warm in my opinion), however I was VERY disappointed in the stationary bikes. When I first started there were only a few bike computers that worked and within a few months there wasn't a single one that was working! Out of probably 45 bikes in the gym there wasn't one that would allow me to track my speed, mileage, wattage, etc. I was pretty upset since this was the reason I got a membership and spoke with management multiple times over a few months, always being assured they would get fixed. Well they never were and here, a year later, there still aren't working bike computers. If biking is something you're wanting to do in the gym, I'd choose another location because this one won't meet your needs any time soon it seems.
