I really love the place and feel Allison, Jake and all the staff are doing one hell of a job. The staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is modern and effective. The opportunities for physical activity are vast and far reaching to any patron.

Best gym in Fort Collins! Clean, friendly and well maintained facility. All new equipment that is always working. Friendly staff that's always willing to help with questions I have about my fitness.

I have had memberships at several gyms in Fort Collins and was looking for something close to my work that had hours convenient to me that didn't cost a fortune. I made the decision to join this one for several reasons. The virtual classes are what sold me. So many gyms cater to retirees that the classes I want are only available during the work day. I can go in and choose any class I want at any time. It also has a pool and showers. Some of the review talk about dirty equipment and showers. Yes, there is hair here and there, but as a person having long hair, it falls out everywhere and is impossible to clean. I see the cleaning person every day, so I know it's clean. She does a great job. I like that it isn't crowded (I am usually there early in the morning before work) and I work with a trainer a few days a week. Galen is a great trainer. He tells me how to do things properly and why I am doing what I need to do. If I am having an off day, he will adjust my workout. He likes to say it's about quality, not quantity and he is right. This is one of the best gyms in Fort Collins.

Thieves and liars. Charged 2 bank accounts and refused to resolve the problem. 3 managers lied and said they would resolve the issue and never did. Dont go to this gym!!
