AC has been out for a month and they still have people coming in. I've tried it twice and cardio is miserable and dangerous at this heat. You have got to be kidding me. Not to mention bathrooms were out for awhile too. Completely unusable membership at this point.

I am A silver Sneakers member, and use this gym 5 days a week. I appreciate how clean the entire gym is always! The staff are wonderful!

The ONLY reason this is getting a 5 star is because a few of the staff members at the front, specifically Terrance (unsure on spelling) he is always so positive and welcoming coming in and makes sure to recognize everyone walking in or heading out for the night. He doesnt just hi and bye you, he actually remembers names and has personalized conversation. Super refreshing. I have been to most of the 24s in the Denver area and was a previous employee (both front desk and cleaning crew) so I understand the role. Unfortunately this gym is so so dirty and unkept.Ive only seen a cleaner once or twice and the same fingerprints have been on the mirrors for the month I have been here. No one re racks their weights so staff is stuck doing it at the end of the night and the place has a layer of dirt/dust bunnies in most areas on the weight floor. Luckily am moving in a few weeks so I wont be coming to this location anymore but definitely need to step up their game in terms of cleanliness. Aside from that, 5 stars to the crew at the front for giving the gym a little positivity.

I have a membership at 24 Hour Fitness. I like it because you get the use of a full lap pool , hot tub jacuzzi, steam room, and a dry sauna. I normally go to the location at Tiffany Plaza off of East Hampden and Tamarac because it's closest to my house. Unfortunately tonight, there were many problems with the wet area. The hot tub was kind of hot, but only about half full. So the Jets weren't actually working correctly. And the steam room, though seemed to be working okay, smelled really bad! Like maybe it hadn't been cleaned in a week or so. The dry sauna was broken and out of order. And the pool was very cloudy. Fortunately it didn't smell bad, but how clean it really was it makes you wonder. Hopefully they get those things straightened out. From the people I've talked to it's been this way for a while, and that's the first time I was able to go and at least two weeks. The last time I went, I went to the location over at Lowry east of first and Quebec.
