Kinetic Sports Performance

I've been to Kinetic Sports about five times with our football team. His interest in the folks that come to him is evident from watching him work with several kids. I've just observed mostly as he interacts with the football organization and some folks that he works with individually. I would have no problem bringing my sons to him for training from what I've observed.

there rude and talk bad about people not to mention the place stunk horribly of weed and there were three weed bongs in the back that they were trying to hide with a role

This gym is now Work Time Athletic Performance, with real commercial equipment and real coaches with real experience, for mixed martial arts and specific martial arts, boxing, and various strength and conditioning programs. Children, parents, and older folks can come here and get healthier regardless of prior experience or health history. There are other programs not listed here.

Kinetic Sports Performance has greatly made a positive impact on my 10 year old son’s athleticism. He is getting stronger with skills & agility, some weight training and striking. The coaches and staff are amazing! They encourage him to push himself and not only do they focus on his athletic skills, they also teach good character and sportsmanship.
