Outstanding experience visiting CrossFit SoCo during a trip to Colorado Springs. Trained here for about a week and it was absolutely fantastic. Great community and coaches. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Can't say enough good things. I'm a skier getting older each season and for me to continue doing what I love at a high level, staying in good shape is a must. What no one says, but nevertheless is true, is that it takes some time to learn how to do everything. You must be patient and put in the work. The staff are supportive and so are the other workout participants. I'm still working. And that's better than the alternative. Especially as you age! The clip is an illustration. If I want to continue to ski like this, there's no better way than to get after at CrossFit SoCo.

CrossFit SoCo is great all around, but the best part is definitely the people. From the other members welcoming you into their family, coaches taking you under their wing from the first class, and the owners always reinvesting into the gym you can tell by how everyone here acts this is much more than a gym.
