Say gave my husband and I exceptional customer service. She was very knowledgeable about all the promotions and incentives available. She was helpful but not pushy. Chayanne (not sure if I spelled her name right) and Andrew were also very nice and helpful. This store was great!

Chaynee totally went to bat for me trying to get an old t-mobile phone unlocked and moved over. Great customer service in store (not the call center) and no pressure, solution oriented people. If you're a t-mobile customer or switching to them this is a great store to go to.

The absolute worst service ever!

The store manager is a scammer. Was told I could purchase a sim card and try service for up to 30 days for no charge and just call in if the service didn't work at my second home and I could get the money back from the Sim card purchase. 1 week later I was charged $103 for full service and have now been charged for 3 months of service. I never used the Sim card or the #. Never sent one text or made one call. Went into store March 3 to get assistance because when I call Tmobile they say I have no acct even though they are charging me monthly fees. Go into store, manager was extremely rude and a very nice associate named Say helped me when he refused. Nothing but nice things to say about her, she was great at helping me out and very friendly. We called Tmobile HQ and I was told an acct had been setup but they could see that I never activated the # and I will get the money back in 3 business days. I have now called Tmobile 6x times and it has been 2 months of dealing with a nightmare. Now they sent me to collections after each of the 6 calls being assured I will be credited back my money of over $200+ dollars. So had to get my attorney involved and will be suing Tmobile. Stay away from this store. Horrible manager and horrible customer service with Tmobile.
