        Today, my daughter had a terrible experience at another T-Mobile store. She decided to go into this store and try again, knowing that T-Mobile is, typically, very customer focused. The treatment was so much better at this store! She was treated with respect and as a valued customer. I'm very grateful that her experience was different than the first store. I didn't get a phone call with her crying and feeling like what she thought and felt didn't matter to T-Mobile. Thank you for redeeming the T-Mobile name for her!

        Outstanding experience. Usually, my experiences with mall mobile phone stores are a living nightmare so I was weary. But the manager here took my phone and moved everything to an upgrade in the smoothest and easiest process I could imagine. True VIP service. Thank you
