      image I have had two exceptional experiences at this store in the last week. Zenia and Harrison were beyond knowledgeable to assist with my requests of porting a phone, adding another line and getting a watch. They informed me of discounts and best ways to set up my account with all these changes. Super friendly and made this stress free!!!

      image Clearly the employees do not know the services they provide. My story is that I stopped in to see if I could get a second separate account for a house that I live in so I could have a dedicated internet connection in the basement. "Oh yeah, no problem,sure we can do that!" I said great, account processed, credit card charged and I was walking out the door under 15min.
      I get home and my wife says that she just got notification that our xfinity services are being disconnected tomorrow! At this point, I'm beyond pissed off. As always it's like pulling teeth to get a live person to speak with but finally!
      The Comcast rep on the phone says "no, you can NOT have two separate internet connections at a house UNLESS they are identified as such being unit A, B or etc.
      I'm very dissatisfied with the service I got from this store!!! I had to cancel the new account in order to keep our existing account that we've had for years! Note to others.
