        Xfinity has the worst customer service. Their phone service is non-existent so everyone has to come into their facility and wait to be seen. If there was another choice for internet service, I would take it.

        Internet went out in a wind storm, was a full week until Xfinity was able to fix the service. They sent two agents to my house, both times they said a bucket truck was needed and that theyd schedule it for the next day. Both times an appointment was not scheduled when calling Xfinity, the service was bad. It was difficult to even make it through the robo call interface to talk to a person. Once I spoke to an agent, they were dropping the ball on scheduling and miss scheduled appointments. Highly frustrating, would not recommend Xfinity to my worst enemy, haha
