        Went into this store (88th & Washington) with my 80 year old mother to help her lower her plan. The young guy who took us to his station refused to help her. He said he was unable to access her account because the account was in her husbands (my dad) name But that was never an issue before so she paid her bill (which is now $300 a month with no premium services on her account whatsoever) and left. She desperately needed help. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Complete waste of time. Went to Arvada and they happily assisted her and fixed her account. Stay out of Thornton.

        A few weeks ago I went in to return my cable box and pick up a new modem. I had to wait half an hour or more just to return the box. Afterwards, I asked about getting the newer version of the modem. I was told that the new modems were buggy and not as good as the older ones. Okay, then why was that not told to me over the phone for one, and why are you even selling them if they are known to not work properly? In addition to all of this, the store is in a very dodgy area.

        Nothing but thieves. Charging people for services they won't provide. Terrible customer service. Don't fall for their ploys. Better service is out there for a fraction of the costs.

        All I know is I switched from century Link. I went in there. Ashley Was courteous. Went above and beyond. She deserves a raise. And took care of business. The store is pretty stressful There are a couple employees.I didn't catch Their names . were tons of people there.The one guy was on his phone Is laughing and looking at something And then there was one guy that was pretty Short in his attitude. Other than that, my service with them is great.No problem with the internet. So far.
