        HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY!!!! 35 miles from LA to here looking at the car i reserved in the pkg lot ,but they tell me no such car exists, Oh well maybe if I would have looked different or been of different ethnicity they'd honor a reservation.. Horrible Experience Bait and .....

        All the negative reviews are true. It also happened to me when I made an online reservation with days in advance only to be told by their front staff "unfortunately Uber doesn't know our inventory". I'm so glad I didn't take an Uber there and ended up stranded like others did. They lack empathy, professionalism and customer service skills.

        I had a great experience at this place. Needed a car last minute and they had a brand new Malibu! The person at the front desk was really nice, patient and helpful. Love the quick return process too, thank you! Will be coming back!
