    Hamid was great in helping us out with purchasing a new corvette. He was very personable and pleasant to engage with. He did a great job in being patient while we contrmplated the purchase. Fred was also great and hospitable while we were at the dealership as well. Although the car we bought had an issue, Fred, Hamid, and the shop manager Bryan did their best in communicating with us and trying to remedy the situation. We are pleased with the service. Update: Ive tried reaching out to the general manager Scott directly via email however he has not responded. He has responded to this review so i hope this gathers his attention once again. They have had my corvette (which i paid cash for) for a week now. The photo shows the prompt i received on the infotouch system not 30 minutes after i drove it off the lot. I returned the vehicle the next day and was told it needed a replacement part that was on backorder. Due to my brand new Corvette needing a part replaced the very same day i bought it, i wanted to reach out to Scott directly to see what he could do in terms of compensation. Mind you i paid cash for this brand new car which only had 4 miles on it at the time of purchase, but he has not given me the decency to speak with him directly. So i hope he will respond to my emails now after i leave this honest review.

    I go here for ALL my maintenance needs. The service advisors are awesome (Shoutout to Jesika!) and Ive never once had a bad experience. I leave my car and never have to worry about it. Theyre very communicative and knowledgeable Im a customer for life!

    Great experience buying. Secondary experience with service is what it is. An inconvenience while dealing with issues, but they get the job done and at the end of the day or days you get your vehicle back in working condition. If I buy another Chevy I'll buy from here again and I'll continue to use their service department.

    Worst mechanics, repeated wrong diagnosis, mechanics are liars and cheats, give you a vehicle with no coolant!? or too much oil!? Wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't a shade tree mechanic. I can just imagine all the women and Elderly they've taken advantage of! Retards been chasing the same symptoms for over a year and a half throwing parts at it and I've paid out of pocket as warranty doesn't cover all. Absolutely destroyed vehicle that sat there for months " waiting for parts ordered". Destroyed paint, blew brand new speakers and threw up on them gave me the keys like nothing happened?! Still same symptoms and check engine light. Someone needs to be held accountable damn it! My vehicle still not fixed.

    I was trying to find my old review and edit it but wasnt able to. So Im gonna write a new one, just wanted to say I was completely in the wrong of my first review of Stevens creek Chevrolet as well with Pepe and his team. They helped me tremendously with getting my truck repaired in a timely and efficient manner they never tried to take advantage of me they just wanted to help and make sure I was taken care of as well as my truck. When I called with follow up questions to Pepe he was there to help and answer all my questions not only that when I called back to take my truck back in because of a new leak I saw he didnt hesitate to get my truck back in the shop to have his mechanics pressure test my coolant system as well as my oil system. They found the issue made the necessary repairs to my truck. If I need to get my truck looked at again I will definitely be going through Stevens creek Chevrolet Side note: the guys in the parts department (dont remember there names sorry bros) were also great I order some parts through the Chevrolet parts department and had a great experience. Pros: Very knowledgeable Communication Great workmanship Very great customer service Service management team is great Parts department also amazing Cons: None
