Forma Gym San Jose

I went to the yoga class on Tuesday at 7:30 pm it was a great class, and then I finished my routine in the sauna, someone took my shorts from the locker and I had to leave the gym with a towel tied around my hips , , what kind of people are FORMA letting in? This Tuesday I went to the yoga class at 7:30 pm after the class I went to the sauna and steam room. When I left, it was around 9:30 pm when I changed and looked in my locker for my pants and blouse, only the blouse and my panties were there. Someone stole my short black lycra pants. To top That was the only thing I had and I had to leave with a towel tied around my waist. I made the report on what happened with the young staff.

After going to this gym for about half month, I found that the gym is well maintained. It is clean and the people who come to exercise have very good vibes. Compared to people working out at other gyms, members at the forma are very mannered and gentle. However, some staffs are only nice to special members. Well, it may be because they have known each others for a long time, but the basics are not being followed. Basic greeting: Not greeting to some people. Very welcome to some people.

Great gym! Love the fact that it is never crowded, parking is easy and great people. Equipment is top notch, spacious and clean.
