Walked in to look at a vehicle, Pedro told me it was in the back, offered zero help had zero product knowledge and was on his phone the entire time. Then when I asked if they had any lease specials he said whatever they have online. Wasnt excited to sell a vehicle. Took my business elsewhere.

horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I ordered a part for my Chevy which took two months to get there, when it finally does I scheduled for it to be installed,Greg who I spoke to does not know what hes doing, he tells me that I can use the drop box to leave my truck before they open, so I did only to get a phone call a few hours later telling that Friday is actually there busiest day and that they cant do the work, to bring it back some other time, Then why the hell did you schedule me to bring it in if you knew that Friday was your busiest day? Never got a call back, I guess my money is no good here, Ill take my business somewhere else.

6 hours for service and investigation into truck shaking. Was way too long to wait. After this experience @ Kearney Mesa Chevrolet, I'm taking my vehicle to Bob Stall for service from now on!
