We did some research, went on Angies List, HomeAdvisor, Google, etc., and let me tell ya there are some creepy pool guys out there over pricing service...not all but a few of them at least. We decided to go with Tracie’s team as she was Direct and very helpful at answering your questions up front, and if she doesn’t answer she calls you right back. we got lucky with getting ERIC as our pool guy. He has Done an amazing job of keeping our pool sparkling clean! And honestly has really made our lives...less chore-y? Lol it’s great! Keeping a pool up is not the easiest, let me Tell ya. If I have a question Ill leave a note sometimes and he’s chill enough to explain a process in writing right back at cha. Great prices! Definitely convenient! Friendly! On time! Great Team!

Overcharging even after service was canceled still charge my account for even more $ the worse pool company ever had

Best pool cleaner and best customer service award hands down goes to James Mackey! He was so kind and very informative on the state my pool was in. Will have him return!

Everyone at La Jolla Pool service (specially Tracie) is very easy to work with and always on top of everything. If I had questions she was always quick to get back to me. Thanks a lot.
