Beware! Michael Lee from Pleasure Spa & Pools does not guarantee his faulty work. Spent over $10,000 to have him re-plaster, tile and do plumbing on my pool. Had him also service my pool. In less than 3 years I noticed water depleting and a big crack in my pool and multiple areas where the plaster was coming off. Called him to discuss the issue and that’s when the unprofessional, rude and combative response started. Accused me of having my pool overflow which is false because I would pump out excess water from the rain. Also tried to say my chlorinator was the issue. Mike it’s cracking and peeling all over the pool. You’re the person I hired to maintain my pool. Why weren’t there any suggestions or recommendations? Spoke with other professionals and they said that is ridiculous. It was most likely the people that did the plaster had a bad mix and or applied it incompetently. (Mike Hires a third party company) He had me empty the pool myself and then took him 2 weeks to come out to attempt repairs. (Why 2 weeks?, he had to paint his rental) He finally sealed the crack but didn’t even call me to discuss the other locations. Got irate when I asked him why he didn’t call me? Told me he was going to quit and he was tired of dealing with his customers and that he was going to throw his phone across the room and close his company. What? I’ve only had the plaster done 3 years ago. Even though the 5 year warranty doesn’t cover structural cracks it does cover the plaster coming off. Why are you not guaranteeing and honoring your contract? Other issues, left the basket out of the pump causing the pump impeller to freeze. Out of respect for my elders I didn’t bring it up to him until he found it appropriate to knock on my door when he knew I wasn’t home and spoke rudely and aggressively to my wife. Mike, I’m the only person you’ve spoken to and you have my number why try to bully my wife with my two kids watching. Dishonorable, dishonest, incompetent and aggressive. Doesn’t guarantee his work. I tried to be polite, and cooperative and resolve this but he basically told me to call the state and file a complaint as he walked away. Will do and I’ll see you in court with statements from real professionals disputing your accusations and excuses. Stay clear.

Extremely displeased! I had them re-plaster my pool and install a new skimmer. My pool continues to leak (about an inch of water each day). They hung up on me during a phone call and will no longer try to help me even though my pool is under warranty. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
