I really hate to give these guys a bad review. Manuel and helper came and installed a new variable speed pool pump in June 2019 that I had purchased from another source. They came and seemed to do a good job. Job cost $250. They even invoiced me via e-mail AFTER completing the work and didn't demand payment at the time of completion. They seemed very easy to deal with and I was pleased with the work. HERE'S THE PROBLEM: After the job was done they told me " Hi if you would like us to submit the rebate application for you, LADWP requires a hand-written signature, so please print and sign it at the bottom, and mail to the address below. Also include the first page of your LADWP bill. " So I did as instructed. A few weeks later I e-mailed them to verify it was sent in. No response. A few weeks later I e-mailed them again. No response. I e-mailed multiple times over the last 7 months and no response, ever. Worried, I contacted the DWP Consumer Rebate Program who responded saying "Unfortunately I am unable to locate an application with your name, address or account number." (Rebates generally take about six months, and it's now been seven.) So I'm out my $1,000 rebate still after almost 8 months. I guess I'll submit it myself to try to get the $500 self install rebate. I'm not sure what happened. I'd like to find out it was an honest mistake. I'd like to think that my e-mails have ended up in their spam folder, but I've sent from at least 2 different e-mail accounts. I'm questioning now if it was a scam and they submitted it under false pretenses and have received the rebate themselves. I'm considering if I should take legal action. !-- Support your local small businesses, I just don't think you should support this one. --!

My experience with the company is limited with the new VFD pump replacement for me and my 4 neighbors, which I directly witnessed. All I can say that Manuel, the owner is a responsible a knowledgeable person (he holds an aqua equipment certificate). Easy and prompt communication both by email and text, perfect timing on the scheduled appointment, high quality work and excellent follow up on his work. Well, enough said - I recommend him in a heartbeat.
