Like some of the other negative reviews, I had a similar experience where the designer came to our place and gave us promises never to be fulfilled. Even after following up twice, thinking the designer might be unwell and gave them benefit of doubt, I didn't receive any call back or any communication for more than a month. I guess its true they pick and choose their clients. If they can't do the job or don't want to then as a professional courtesy it would be nice to be informed, but I guess it would be asking for too much.

they don't care about you, the contractor shows up to bid out the job then disappears and a month later calls and asks if I still want the quote, and that's that last I herd from them, so don't expect a response in under 90 days

It was such a pleasure working with Bella Pavers. Our designer, Ninos, was knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to answer questions or address concerns. We were sad to see him go, once the project was completed! The crew was on-time and always professional. The yard has became our sanctuary and is a little slice of paradise.
