Modern Image Landscape Construction

Chris O'Quinn and his guys at Modern Image Landscaping completed their landscape installation with a minimum of fuss and delay.  Once work started Chris' team were at my house everyday until their work was completed approximately six weeks later.    Their work was thorough, clean and meticulous.  No cutting corners for these guys.  And best of all, the completed projected came out just as designed.   We could not have been more pleased with the final result.  I highly recommend Chris at Modern Image Landscaping.  Well done, guys!

We selected Modern Image after sending out bid requests to several landscape contractors. Chris came to our  home with  copy of the landscape design that we had provided. The design plan had been prepared by Letz Design Landscape (see my review). Chris discussed the plan with us and viewed the property (front and back).  We received several final bids that were all fairly close and competitive. But we selected Chris based on prior Yelp reviews and his professional engagement. He was extremely busy and informed us that it would be likely several months to get the work started. No problem there.Chris is a very good communicator and kept  us posted when his team  would be able to get started. He explained the major steps involved (starting in the back , removing existing hardscape and dirt, etc)  and the progress payment structure.  His crew  showed up on the promised date and the scheduled time (around  7:30 am). The job foreman was there on a consistent basis with periodic visits by Chris. Chris kept us abreast of any changes and made sure these were all documented. He made several useful suggestions to enhance the project which  we really appreciated.  We were never caught by suprise and found  his entire team to be very professional. Additionally,  they never left a mess and made sure things were cleaned up!The overall project looks great at the cost we agreed to (with some changes). Chris also worked closely with  Letz Landscaping to ensure the plants were  properly placed, We also filled in several gap areas with a few more plants. We are very happy with the new our landscaping. Looking forward to when the new plants and lawn are fully grown in. A high thumbs ups!!!!

Extremely Poor customer service! I requested a Landscape contract quote from this company to build a backyard patio. I scheduled an appointment and they sent out a rep to take measurements for the patio and he stated he would send me a quote asap. 3 weeks later and  after several messages requesting a quote I'm still waiting for a response. Definitely wouldn't want to give my business to such  an unreliable Company that wasted my time.
