All these replies... " your business is important to us" ... obviously not. Like the saying goes if there's smoke there's fire. All the bad reviews are justified.

I love mission federal credit Union as a union bank. The coin op is a great assets for the bank, it helps customers that have a ton of coins deposit and have it go to there account. Just remember your bank number. For non member there's a fee I don't remember how much. Also it's nice that they are open on Saturday's but I wish there was at least one more teller. But for a credit union they are the best!

Recently switched after horrid customer service experience at Wells Fargo across the way.No fees, interest, great service....My only gripe is the low transaction limits, but I'm hoping that changes the longer I bank there.

No customer service at all. Have unpleasant experience with Stephanie Lumanlan. She is not even trying to make it nice. Basic customer service like Hello, Thank you, Good buy doesn't work at all. Their employees made mistake in our application and wasn't even simple sorry for our time we spent in location. Im in position to support local banks first but not anymore with MissionFed. Thank you Stephanie

I have been a member of Mission Federal Credit union for several years. They used to have the good rates and good customer service. They have decided to use Covid as an excuse to cut the hours at all of their locations to close at 4pm, an hour before a majority of people that are still able to work are off for the day. And making application processes unnecessarily more complicated because they don't have to meet with customers in person.This morning I was looking for ways to keep my business with this institution, now I will be moving active accounts to another credit union and closing all of my accounts.
