    I will never leave Mission Federal Credit Union, I have fallen in love with the customer service of Alyssa who is simply a pro at taking care of her customers, not just me but anytime I am in her line she always goes above and beyond to help all her Mission Fed customers, I am looking forward to having a lifelong banking business relationship with mission Federal, I love the management team big shout out to Edward and Carmel, this is my extended family it's more than my bank. They are the best credit union in San Diego and the best branch.

    Overall, Mission Fed Credit Union does not provide the kind of services that a bank and/or credit union should I current time. It takes a couple of weeks to receive a replacement debit card from them when it should take two days to reach one's mailbox after calling them to report a card lost. Furthermore, they should offer instant debit card replacement and funds access via Apple Pay and/or some other similar service. On top of that, they have weird limits on how much of your own money that you deposited into their account you are able to spend per some arbitrary period of time that they set, which interferes with life if you do not bank with other banks in addition to Mission Fed.It's ridiculous that they don't think of their customers. The technology to be able to provide the services that I mentioned, for example, has been around for many years and yet, Mission Fed does not offer these kinds of services to their customers.

    I was early, thought it was already 9am, the time this branch opens on Mondays.  I opened the door and made my way to the counter when I realized that I must have stepped in on a staff meeting that didn't seem like was going well, as the staff weren't smiling, even after I was already inside.  Normally, staff greet me, but no one did.  I was made to feel as if I'd walked in on a robbery (made a mistake that I walked in a minute or two early), even though the door was unlocked.  Someone said to me that they weren't open yet and I asked if I should walk out and wait a few more minutes and was told that they door was left unlocked by mistake.  I walked out without hearing any apology.  When I walked back in after 9am, Alyssa was working at the counter and attended me.  She wasn't cordial, didn't invite me to the counter or even greet me as normally staff do.  She wasn't nice, just business-like, for my transactions and when she and I were done, there was no cordial goodbye.  I felt horrible for even stopping at this branch on this morning.  This branch is the closest to my job, but I rarely stop here and now I remember why.  I won't be stopping at this branch again any time soon.
