My first time walking in to a Mission Federal. The Manager from this store was super professional and friendly. Ana Luna one of the executives she was also really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Best experience Ive had in a bank and business. REALLY IMPRESSED!!

Moved here from a different credit union down the street and boy has it been an upgrade.

The manager here was VERY RUDE and condescending as he "man"splained what we already know. Verified with a phone agent that he gave me the wrong information. No idea how he got the position when his communication skills clearly lack.
