Horrible Experience with this company! I leased a vehicle last year with 5k down. Someone hit my car which resulted in a total loss. My insurance company paid CULA 26,750 on my 23,000 payoff and CULA refuses to giving me a dime! I mentioned the fact that I put 5k down and I was told to lower my payment. Well I understand the concept:however, if thats the case I should receive funds for the additional 24 months that was calculated using my down payment. Not only am I out of a car due to someone elses negligence but Im out the equity in the car. I wouldnt recommend CULA to my worst enemy. Wish my insurance company paid out the bare minimum!

If I could give it a zero i would. Same as others i traded in a vehicle as a down payment on a lease that is now totalled because of a careless driver. Cula keeps everything, over 8k in equity. Oh and don't add a tonneau cover or running boards without telling them because they too dont get reimbursed even if included in the total. Company should only keep current payoff or what they deserve. Never put a penny down on a lease and never use this company that cares only about itself.

If there was a 0 star rating that still wouldnt be Low enough for this company. This company is completely unprofessional. My vehicle was totaled as a result of a reckless driver. The insurance company worked hard to get me highest value possible on what the car was worth. Which was about 4000 above what my remaining payments were, plus the residual value of the vehicle. CULA refused to give me a dime. So here I am with no car and no $ towards another vehicle. This company has no compassion towards its customers and as a result Ill be taking the bus to work. Thanks CULA
