They used to be better when PLFCU. They charged inactivity fees until they drained my account and closed it. No letter. No notification. Just took it and didn't tell me. Probably buried in their terms and conditions but pretty awful. It wasn't that much money but this will cost them a customer forever. Just pulled two other accounts from them. I'm far from poor, I just forgot about this account. MyPoint Credit Union = Not your money. Stay away!
After you write a bad review, they will hide from the fact that they DID NOT notify me and make up stories about the law. The response, blaming the customer, should tell you everything about them. They will steal if they can hide behind policies and lies. Great organization.

I experienced fraud on my checking account. I went to the branch to get everything straightened out, and Claudia was super helpful! Very professional, and genuinely seemed concerned. I got a new card immediately. Great service, and very helpful staff.

terrible bank to do business with.fee whores everywhere.fees for fees on top of fees the only way this bank makes money is when the steal money out of your account and charge you fees for not using it then send you a late fee and wait till the day after the bill is do to deposit your payment only to get another fee that THEY CAUSED..F this bank..ever since they sold out they sucked and never again will I do business with this bank or any share holders..!thief's !!!!

Closed my account for the mistake they made on my account. They told me something and later found out the information I received were wrong. Yes they apologize but I decided to go somewhere else.

This is an absolutely horrible bank. Ever since they changed from Point Loma Credit Union to this crap bank it's been nothing but hell. They completely screwed up our bank account put money in different accounts that were not ours which took months to get back. I had my card lost got a new card it did not work and it was declined over and over. They assured me it was the merchant and not their card it was an all day process just to get a simple debit card to work. This was the second time they have done this with our debit cards. Don't put your money in this bank. There is much better local banks in San Diego.
