        Very bad experience with the manager Juan Pea of this bank. I am a businesswoman and she treated me very badly, telling me that she would not cash a check because she did not see me as a person who had 1 million dollars in an account.

        Hate the parking here, especially at night. I recently needed cash Saturday at 10am, branch was closed and the ATM card door reader that opens the doors didn't work. I wasn't able to use it, super inconvenient as there isn't another location closer than 5 miles away. You can use other atms but they only allow $200 per transaction withdrawal

        The worst customer service from the managers and tellers. No one has any clue how to help you and they tell you to call Citibank back office and the back office will tell you that the branch can fix your issues.

        This bank has weird parking... U must park around back and walk around to the front! But it's worth the confusion!! The people who work there are always overly helpful and make banking simple! I'm very happy to bank with CitiBank!!!
