        Did the paperwork late afternoon but they didn't have a car that suited us. We came back early the next morning and got what we needed. Both times only took about 10-15 minutes. The staff and manager couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.

        Never trust the manager or the employees because they will tell you one price and charge you more on your card! He told me it would be 376.00$ out the door and when I woke up this morning, it charged my card 676.00$!!!! Be carful my friends this place is unethical!!!! Never trust this place!!!!!

        I had a great experience. They even waited after hours so I could figure out an issue I had with my bank. Steve who works there is the best and will take care of you. I read bad stories about Budge overall but Steve on the Budget Rental on 12 Street will take good care of you. Truck even has automatic windows!
