He checked in & checked out & answered the phone. HCR needs to step up & hire help. I walked out.

My mind was blown away! The people that were there when I rented this car were insanely nice!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to Enterprise before and they were insanely expensive!
I gave Hertz a try because Hertz in Los Angeles when I was working there as an ~engineer was very terrible because of the employees there. Not nice people but the people here were so nice!!!
I got a Polestar 2 for less than $30 a day or ~$198 for one week after tax!!! I only had to return the car within plus minus 5 or 10% the level of the battery when I got it.
I saw bird droppings on the hood of the car so I was afraid what if Hertz will turn back and say I damaged the car because bird droppings can destroy the glossy layer of the car. So I asked the employee there about the problem and they helped with right away!
All the employees at this Hertz were incredibly nice, honest, and not intimidating!!! I did not feel intimidated at all but one girl even joked around that she made a mistake in saying the car needs oil change soon when it is an electric car rather than trying to lie to hide it. You gave me a very good impression at this location Hertz. One girl there went to Sac State.
