Union Bank

I've been banking with UnionBank for over 15 years. Now that I moved to Chatsworth the Porter Ranch branch is closer to me. I don't use this account regularly but I have to mention when they do a great job. Diana at the branch is always courteous and helpful. I do withdraw large cash and every time she is super helpful. Today I needed to deposit a large check she was so accommodating and called me to follow up. Now that's a GREAT customer service. Thank You.

Now we know why all the branches are closing down ..the poor customer service, and even getting profiled and being demanded to take off my hat even though I have my bank card visible in hand and was in line for the new robot tellers.  ..but keep that mask on ...what a..... joke ..probably gonna take my accounts  to succeeding  business with nice employees, the way it should be. They should rename this bank " Bank of rude Armenian women". Just saying !! Don't go it's always disappointing ,especially knowing they have your money and your their u appreciated. customer

The day I open account at that branch I asked that lady can you please give me at least one check I have to send for IRS and she told me I'm sorry when you open a new account we don't provide temporary check we gonna send it to your home I believe her and she tell me don't worry i'm gonna set up for three business day you're going to receive your check I said OK perfect pass one week to week the third week still I don't receive my chicks when I took one off my friend he told me I hope and I can't meet Union Bank they give me three temporary check out the first day when I called customer service they tell me something I call another branch I asked them if I open account with you guys you give me a temporary check they said yes will give you three temperature check I really get pissed off and when I talk to Customer Service I explain to them to in the branch they tell me no we can't but I find out because they finish the paper for temporary check and they don't want to lose me as a customer that's why they lied to me when I complain branch manager called me she's very mean aggressive she don't let you talk At all and she try to protect her employee look like they are family when I walk there in the branch when she saw me she recognized me and she started to argue again with me I close my account I left from that bank that's my first bad experience I have in my life with that branch and that manager please stay away from that place never get close to the Br

Union Bank is where I been doing my banking for more then 30 years, at Union Bank in Porter Ranch since they built that plaza, I believe in the 90s, the service and the tellers were always nice and professional, things are changing in UB Porter Ranch and not for the best. I think they are not happy and are not giving the best service that they used to give, will give them a month and will be changing banks.
