image I had the most terrible experience at this branch. Didn't get the employees name. She was a short overweight Hispanic lady looked like she was the manager. There was a long line with only one person working behind the window. Shocker!!! That's B of A for you. Anyway a customer walks up to the only teller open and asks to go to her deposit box in the back, so the teller asks the short manager lady if she can take her. She barks at him and says" you take her I'm with a customer." She was done helping her only few minutes later which then she could of taken the lady to the deposit box. She pulls away the only one teller working to do something that she could have done herself. I couldn't believe what she had justs done and asked her why did you pull the only working teller to do something that she could have darn well done herself. And she replies " O he can help you when he gets back from helping her." I was like " No dahh really!! That's your response!!!" I said since you pulled the only one teller working behind the window to do your job why don't you open up and help to get the lines down then. She had nothing for me. I said, "so your just gonna stand there and do nothing and she says, " yes I am." WOW!!!! She stood there pretty much just staring at me. This lady needs to be demoted. She has no business running the frontend what so ever. She just took horrible customer service to a whole new level. Safe to say I will never be back to this branch ever. And by way save me the whole thing with, please contact us so we can do whatever we do which is basically nothing. Visit date 11-17-2023 2pm

image By far the worst organized branch Ive ever been too. While the teller was polite and very customer driven, the management was horrible. Only two tellers while their was a line of over 10 people. I went after the lunch hour rush thinking it would be empty, but I was wrong. You can tell this is an issue at this location because all the reviews mention wait times or limited tellers.

image Subject: Utmost Dissatisfaction with Bank of America Employee - Urgent Action Required
Dear Bank of America,
I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your employees today. The incident has left me profoundly concerned about the lack of consideration and empathy demonstrated towards customers. I implore your organization to take immediate action at the organizational level to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
As long-standing customers of Bank of America for over 20 years, my husband and I have placed our trust in your institution for our personal and business transactions. Our usual practice involves withdrawing cash from the ATM machine located at 19240 Nordhoff St. Northridge, CA 91324. However, today, I encountered a malfunctioning ATM machine, which forced me to enter the bank premises.
Regrettably, due to the significant number of customers present, I had to endure a waiting time of approximately 20 minutes. As someone who occasionally experiences mild claustrophobia and low blood pressure, I suddenly began to perspire profusely and felt lightheaded, fearing that I might faint. Desperate for some relief, I instinctively grabbed one of the bank's advertising papers nearby to fan myself and provide fresh air to my face.
To my dismay, a Bank of America employee named Aura approached me and insisted that the paper I was using was intended solely for promotional purposes and should not be damaged. Instead, she handed me a small withdrawal slip, which proved to be of no assistance in my current condition. I tried to explain to Aura that fanning myself with such a thin and tiny piece of paper would not alleviate my dizziness and impending panic-like symptoms.
However, Aura remained fixated on the paper's preservation and adamantly prohibited me from using the promotional paper for its intended purpose. Astonishingly, she simply left without offering any further assistance. Overwhelmed by the unexpected and bewildering situation, I found myself overcome with emotion and began to shed tears.
Gathering my senses to some extent, I immediately exited the bank and sought refuge in my parked car, where I could regain composure and hydrate myself. As a healthcare professional working as an RN in the intensive care unit, I can confidently state that I have never before encountered such a bewildering situation. It deeply troubles me to contemplate how Bank of America, a trusted institution where my family and I have entrusted our financial management for over two decades, could prioritize a mere advertising paper over the health and safety of its customers.
Subsequently, I revisited the bank and lodged a formal complaint with Karla Rivas, the manager. Following a discussion with my husband, I feel compelled to document this review and officially register my complaint, urging your organization to rectify such situations promptly. It is my sincere hope that you will take the necessary measures to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences.
In my assessment, this issue goes beyond the realm of individual temperament; rather, it reflects a problem within the management and staff who interact with customers. I cautiously raise concerns about the attitude of bank executives and managers towards customer care. If my perception is incorrect, I implore you to dedicate more time and resources to educate your employees on customer service, ensuring that such incidents are prevented in the future.
I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and prompt action to address the issues highlighted. It is my fervent hope that Bank of America will strive to uphold the highest standards of customer service, prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of its valued customers.
I expect a timely response addressing the concerns I have raised. Please provide me with an update on the actions taken to prevent the recurrence of such incidents and to restore my faith in your organization.
Yours sincerely,
H. Lee
